Nigeria : Lack Of Focus, Bad Governance Responsible For Hardship Facing Nigerians – Sen. Habeeb

A member of the National Assembly representing Jigawa North-Central Senatorial Zone, Sen. Mustapha Habeeb has attributed the current hardship being faced by Nigerians to bad governance coupled with lack of focus by the ruling APC.

Sen. Habeeb who was speaking with newsmen in Dutse said there was no moral justification for government at all levels to deny Nigerians the provision of infrastructural developments saying finance wasn’t an issue in Nigeria.

” As a federal law maker our duty is to allocate more monies to the three tiers of government for the execution of meaningful projects that have direct bearing on the populace. Therefore govts have no excuse whatsoever to complain lack of money to better the lots of Nigerian’s”

Sen. Habeeb who was receiving dozens of PDP supporters who converged on his residence over his victory at the Tribunal described his victory as a sign of Peoples Democratic Party’s victory in Jigawa State in 2027 general election

According to him ” My affirmation as legally elected Senator in Jigawa North-Central by the appeal court, reflected the victory of people in the zone as well as clear signs of PDP’s chances to take over Jigawa state in the 2027 general elections” he said.

The Lawmaker promised to do all his best to deliver dividends of democracy to his constituents.

“I want to assured you that despite I emerged from opposition party, I will strive hard to usher in an effective representation in the Upper Chamber, to better our Senatorial Zone,”.

The Zanna of Dutse promised to improve the lives of his constituents with the provision of basic social amenities including portable water supply, solar light, job creation through skills acquisition as well as other empowerment programs for the betterment of the teeming youths.
