Governor Badaru Abubakar of Jigawa State has assured the people of the state of his administration’s resolve to providing infrastructural development in all nocks and crannies of the state.
Speaking through his Deputy, Mal. Umar Namadi at Govt House, while receiving the Emir of Dutse who paid a homage, Badaru called for increased synergy amongst govt functionaries, traditional institutions, politicians and others towards the achievements of the desired objectives.
” We vow not to left any impending infrastructural commitments aimed to attract even development especially with our grassroot populace, said Governor Badaru”
Responding the Emir of Dutse Alh. Hamim Nuhu Muhammad Sunusi commended Jigawa state government for achieving alot of transformation in different persuits in the last eight years but however called on the government to make the availability of fertilizer at subsidized price to Farmers, alongside farming implements.
” As raining season is fast approaching we are calling on the government in making the availability of fertilizer at subsidized prices to our farmers to boost agricultural development”
He similarly called on his subjects not to indulge in bad practices of erecting buildings on water ways.
They should also imbibe the culture of execution of communal initiatives, and clearing gutters during raining season for a healthy living environment.
In Gumel, the Emir Alhaji Ahmed Muhammad Sani called on parents and Guardians in his emirate to ensure the enrollment of their children into Islamiyya and Western education.
He gave the directives in his Sallah message to the people of the emirate.
Alhaji Ahmed Muhammad Sani warned people against unnecessary cutting down of trees to avoid desert encroachment.
He thanked Governor Muhammad Badaru Abubakar for the execution of developmental projects in his emirate and parts of the state.
In his speech , the state Governor represented by Head of service, Hussain Ali Kila appreciated the level of cooperation rendered by the emirate to the present administration.
