Visit To US Ambassador: Stop crying Foul, You’re Behind Insecurity Ravaging Nigeria – MBF Tells MACBAN

0

Portraying Fulani As Criminals Simply Because A Fraction Is Involved Is Utterly Dishonest- MACBAN Replies

The recent visit by some officials of the Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN) to the United States ambassador to Nigeria, Richard Mills, has been generating reactions in some quarters, with the Middle Belt Forum (MBF) describing it as an attempt by MACBAN to deceive the ambassador and the international community.

Recall that the leadership of MACBAN had met with Mr Mills, who wanted to hear about the concerns of herders’ communities, especially on the causes of insecurity and opportunities to peacefully resolve conflicts.

Speaking with the Nigerian Tribune about the development, the national president of Middle Belt Forum, Dr Bitrus Pogu, said: by “MACBAN’s visit to the ambassador came as a surprise to Nigerians, given the association’s role in the insecurity ravaging the Middle Belt and other areas of the country. It is land grabbing.

“If the perpetrators of the evil are the ones crying foul and complaining to the ambassador, that makes us very concerned.

“And certainly we have to look at the reason they went; after all, they are the ones attacking without provocation, trying to take over people’s ancestral lands. We have to respond by countering everything they have said.

“We are not against any group meeting with whoever or any authority, but now that it has reached a stage that people are likely to defend themselves, they are now going to the US ambassador to complain, pretending to be the victims.

PromotNow all we can say is let’s study what transpired fully and not react based on sentiment, but it is unfortunate that such people will meet with the US ambassador, pretending to be the victims when they are the ones unleashing mayhem on innocent people to grab their land. They are the ones attacking the people within the Middle Belt and other parts of the country without provocation.

“Unless a cow trespasses into people’s farms, he would not attack the cow, and in the past, all these criminalities they are doing, when a cow entered somebody’s farm, it didn’t go beyond the ward head, and it would be resolved; the cow owner would pay the farmer for what his cow had damaged.

“But today, these people go into people’s farms, uproot their yams, cassavas and the rest for their cows to eat and destroy what somebody had laboured for. And if you complain, they carry guns and shoot you.”

Dr Pogu narrated that going to the US embassy at this time when their kinsmen, both the local and foreign ones, are still on the prowl in Benue, Plateau and other places was to deceive the ambassador and other Nigerians.

The MBF president, who cautioned the American ambassador against falling for MACBAN’s antics, further alleged that there are instances where the local ones invited mercenaries from outside the country for dastardly acts.

“It is no longer in doubt that these people organise themselves as militias and attack civilians, so their complaint is just a falsehood. I am from Chibok. Some days ago, some groups of terrorists attacked people who were mourning and killed about 16 people, who were buried yesterday [Tuesday]. The question is, did they rustle any cows? Certainly not.

“So these people just embrace criminality, and now they have discovered that everybody is fed up with what they are doing, and they are trying to pretend to be the victims while they are actually the attackers.”

Dr Pogu added that there were instances during the administration of former President Muhammadu Buhari when MACBAN came out openly to own up to the killings in parts of the Middle Belt.

He said, “We don’t know why they met the ambassador. In the past, during the Buhari administration, these people used to come out openly to say, Yes, they have done it; that they killed people and owned up to it. So for them to behave this way, they know the tide is turning against them, and they are now pretending to be the victims. So the world needs to know that they are villains.

“They are not just attacking the Middle Belt, but all parts of Nigeria. The people that are attacking don’t have cows; many of them are imported to destabilise this country so that they dispossess Nigerians of their ancestral lands and occupy them forcefully.

“So whatever they say is belated because all Nigerians know the truth; the American Embassy needs to know the truth. These people are crying foul; they are actually the perpetrators of crimes in this country.”

Meanwhile, a top official of MACBAN and national president of Gan Allah Development Associations, Ibrahim Abdullahi, has defended the visit to the US ambassador, describing it as timely.

Abdullahi said: “The meeting with the US ambassador to Nigeria enabled Miyetti Allah to narrate the correct happenings in the country.

“The visit, I understand, followed recent pronouncements by the US Congress suggesting that the Fulani are killing Christians in Nigeria. In this case, it is very important for Miyetti Allah to respond to this baseless allegation as one of the associations protecting the interest of herders.

“I understand the meeting was fruitful, even though, we are not expecting an outright justice, but Miyetti Allah was able to give the correct narrations and made their position known to the US ambassador, compared to the negative narrations made by the US Congress in collaboration with some unpatriotic elites and enemies of Nigeria’s progress and development.

“This stereotype made against the Fulani is not in the interest of the country. Creating a negative narrative for an ethnic group that has about 60 million population out of 200 million is not the best for the country.

“Trying to portray the Fulani as criminals simply because a fraction is involved in crimes is utterly dishonest. There’s no tribe in the country that does not have bad eggs. We need to have a rethink about some of these things for the progress of the country.”

FEDERAL UNIVERSITY GUSAU CHANCHELLOR, HRH. EWA-ELECHI GOES HOME IN GRAND STYLE… BURIED AMIDST POMP, PAGEANTRY AND PRAISES

0

By Linus Akor

For the people of the ancient and agrarian Oha-Isu Autonomous Community of Afikpo, Ebonyi State, Saturday, March 15, 2025 will remain etched in their hearts and minds for a very long time to come. It was the day, loyal subjects of His Royal Highness (HRH), Ezeogo Engr. Arc. Ewa-Elechi, the Isu Oha 1, of Oha-Isu, turned out in large numbers to pay deserving last respect to their beloved and revered first class traditional ruler and member of the Ebonyi State Traditional Rulers’ Council, who passed away on November 23rd, 2024, at the ripe age of 93 years.

HRH  Ezeogo Engr. Arc. Ewa-Elechi

In the days and weeks preceding the funeral, there was an unmistakable sense of grief and loss throughout the Oha-Isu community. This is because the death of HRH. Engr. Arc. Ewa-Elechi,   who was also the pioneer Chancellor of the Federal University Gusau Zamfara State, was a monumental loss not only to the Oha-Isu community which he spent 21 years nurturing and leading as their traditional ruler and guide, but also Ebonyi State and beyond.

Expectedly, Engr. Arc. Ewa-Elechi’s funeral ceremony which held at the famous GSSA Airport Arena, Ukpa, Afikpo, became a springboard for the outpouring of emotions where people from all walks of life, made up of the who is who in the secular, political, economic, academic, traditional and social circles as well as the downtrodden, not openly expressed collective grief for his passing but also conveyed deep gratitude to God for the worthy and exemplary life that the respected and urbane monarch had lived.

Prior to the commencement of the burial at 10.00 am, the remains of the nonagenarian which had laid in state in a magnificent wooden casket at his palatial country home, were  conveyed in a carte, pulled by two beautifully dressed horses to the funeral ground, a distance of about 1000 meters. When the horse-drawn carte bearing the corpse of the monarch made its way into the elegantly decorated  GSSA Arena, all the dignitaries without exception, stood up, apparently in complete deference to a man whom they had come from both far and near, to  honour and pay their last respect.

The burial ceremony was witnessed by a large array of distinguished guests, showcasing the high esteem in which HRH. Engr. Arc. Ewa-Elechi was held. The diversity of prominent individuals from various segments of the Nigerian society who graced the occasion spoke volumes not just about the deceased’s local influence but also his national outlook and reach.  The quality of tributes delivered during the impressive ceremony was as diverse as it was remarkable, all echoing the profound impact which the late monarch had on his family, community and the country at large.

The clergy led by Prof. Wilberforce Oti, Chairman of the Ebonyi State Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, in company of a large number of clergymen from different religious denominations, spoke highly of the monarch’s unshaken faith and irrevocable commitment to his religious values. Prof. Oti who led the final rites of passage at the funeral service described HRH. Ezeogo Engr. Arc. Ewa-Elechi as a progressive and peaceful trailblazer who was found worthy and relevant by successive Nigerian governments, and entrusted with special assignments, the climax of which was his appointment as the pioneer Chancellor of the Federal University Gusau, Zamfara State, a task he executed commendably.

Prof. Oti noted that the deceased traditional ruler was synonymous with excellence in whatever he did as manifested by the imposing engineering and architectural structures which bore his characteristic trademark of excellence and durability. The clergyman then charged the congregation to strive for good deeds that would outlive them, obviously in acknowledgement of the legacy of unblemished service, true leadership and steadfastness left behind by the departed first class traditional ruler.

From the political sphere, the political class represented by the Ebonyi State Governor, Rt.Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, highlighted the sage’s commitment to peace and unity within the complex sociopolitical landscape of Ebonyi State. The Governor who spoke through his deputy, Princess Patricia Obila, described HRH. Ewa-Elechi as an accomplished Royal father, a devout Christian, a bridge builder and a good ambassador of the traditional institution, whom he noted, would be remembered for his uncommon humility, forthrightness and unbiased stance on issues brought before him.

A major cornerstone of the tributes was the open acknowledgement of HRH’s pivotal role in the development of the Federal University Gusau where Engr. Arc. Ewa-Elechi served as the first Chancellor. The University management led by the Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of the Governing Council, Rt. Hon. Engr. Aminu Sani Isa and seven others at the funeral, placed on record, the commendable leadership role of the Chancellor in shaping the trajectory of the institution. The Pro-Chancellor recalled that as Chancellor, HRH. Ewa-Elechi brought his wealth of experience, uncommon wisdom and sound knowledge of issues to bear on the governance of the University, thereby ensuring that the institution was built on a sturdy foundation of excellence and sustainable growth.

A retinue of economic leaders and business figures in their tributes commended the ingenuity and visionary thinking of the royal father. Members of Engr. Arc. Ewa-Elechi’s professional circle marveled at his ability to merge technical expertise with an intrinsic understanding of human development. They noted that Ewa-Elechi’s illustrious career was marked by ground-breaking projects and innovations that contributed immensely to the built environment and the overall infrastructural landscape of Ebonyi State. According to them, the foresight of HRH.  Ewa-Elechi as an engineer and community developer, produced ample fruits in the road infrastructure in Oha-Isu and its environs.

At the family level, HRH. Engr. Arc Ewa-Elechi was acknowledged as a revered, loving and caring father. His eight children, led by the chief mourner, Mrs. Chinyere Ugwuegbu (Nee Ewa-Elechi) and other extended family members, spoke glowingly about their patriarch whom they noted, balanced the demands of public and traditional life with his private role as a devoted father and family man. They paid deserving tribute to his vision, guidance and emotional availability, recalling with nostalgia, the sound education and strong moral pedigree which their departed father bequeathed them.

The communal grief of the motley crowd of mourners comprising traditional title holders, age-grade societies and community folks who thronged the venue of the funeral to identify with the family of the late Royal father in its moment of sorrow was conveyed by an elderly woman who sang a moving dirge for the late monarch, recalling how HRH. Ewa-Elechi’s exemplary leadership had transformed their lives, leaving them more united and purposeful members of the Oha-Isu Autonomous Community. .

As the remains of the late traditional ruler were being conveyed for a private burial accompanied by only the immediate family members at about 2.30 pm, the events of Saturday, March 15, 2025, which drew dignitaries from diverse ethnic, religious, regional and professional divides, truly captured the essence of who HRH. Ezeogo Engr. Arc. Ewa-Elechi was – a towering and iconic personality (both in height and elegance), whose imposing stature and commanding influence will forever be felt in Oha-Isu community and beyond.

The roll call of attendees at the funeral service for the late Isu Oha 1, included frontline politicians, serving and former senators, business moguls, captains of industry, the clergy, traditional rulers, members of the academia, commoners as well as friends and well-wishers of the Ewa-Elechi family. Among the dignitaries were the Deputy Governor of Ebonyi State, Princess Patricia Ebilo, Senators Azu Agboti and Sunny Ugwuoji and the fifth President of the Nigerian Senate, Chief Ken Nnamani, among others. Colorfully dressed masquerades of different shapes and sizes, entertained guests at the memorable ceremony.

UN Women, Partners Advocate Special Seats Bill For Women

0

By Justina Auta

UN Women Nigeria, in partnership with the Women Political Participation Partners Working Group, has called for nationwide support for the passage of the Special Seats Bill.

The bill aims to increase women’s political representation through unified action and strategic advocacy across all levels of society.

The call was made during a conference held Wednesday in Abuja, themed “Special Seats: Opportunities and Challenges – Options for National and Grassroots Advocacy.”

Mrs Beatrice Eyong, UN Women Representative to Nigeria and ECOWAS, said the Bill would address the deep gender imbalance in Nigeria’s political landscape.

She noted that women held only 3 per cent of the seats in the Senate and 3.9 per cent in the House of Representatives.

“We must come up with an actionable plan that gives Nigerians an opportunity to engage and add their voice to this parliamentary initiative,” Eyong said.

She highlighted UN Women’s ongoing advocacy efforts, including weekly broadcasts on 15 radio stations and two TV stations, as well as print and digital media outreach.

“UN Women will also support 120 town halls across 24 states to engage citizens and encourage memoranda submissions to the National Assembly’s Joint Committee on Constitutional Reform, backed by over 500,000 physical endorsements.”

Mrs Ebere Ifendu, Chairperson of the UN Women Participation Technical Working Group, said the bill proposed special seats for women as a temporary but essential measure to fast-track inclusive governance.

“Its passage will move women’s political participation from incremental gains to substantial growth.

“The bill seeks to amend Sections 48, 49, and 91 of the 1999 Constitution to create 74 seats in the National Assembly and 108 seats in State Houses of Assembly, totaling 182 dedicated seats for women,” she added.

Dr Asaba Vilta-Bashir, Director-General of the Maryam Babangida National Centre for Women Development, underscored the importance of grassroots advocacy to build public awareness and support.

Dr Chidozie Aka, Special Adviser on Legislative Duties to Deputy Speaker Benjamin Kalu, argued that women deserved even more than the proposed 74 seats and called for broader support.

The conference convened stakeholders from civil society, politics, and development sectors to strategise on how to mobilise public backing and ensure the Special Seats Bill is passed by the National Assembly.(NAN)

The Nigeria Association of Women Journalists, (NAWOJ) FCT Chapter and Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation will partner to train 150 female journalists on inclusivity and gender balance.

Mrs Bassey Ita-Ikpang, Chairperson, NAWOJ FCT, disclosed this in a statement on Thursday in Abuja following a courtesy visit to Mrs Didi Wilson -Jack, Head of the Civil Service of the Federation.

Wilson-Jack stated that NAWOJ’s training request was in line with one of her six pillars, which include ‘training and retraining’ of workers to improve capacity and output.

She assured the association of her support, pledging to partner with NAWOJ to conduct the training for FCT female journalists.

She said part of her achievements in office include the forthcoming international training that would showcase international resource persons and keynote speakers.

Others, she said, is the annual conference slated for June with over 5,000 participants.

Earlier, Ita-Ikpang congratulated the Head of Service on a well-deserved appointment, urging her to keep the flag of female leadership flying.

“Your elevation to this prestigious position is not only a personal achievement but also an inspiration to many women across the country.

“This shows that your commitment, dedication, and accomplishments so far in office have not gone unnoticed, and we celebrate you today as a symbol of excellence and resilience in public service.

“As NAWOJ, our mandate includes amplifying the voices of women and promoting gender equality in the media and beyond.

She said that the visit was not just for felicitation but to seek strategic collaboration with the office towards creating a platform for projecting the voices of women in leadership.

“We are particularly keen on building a strong partnership that supports mutual goals: visibility for female leadership and inclusive development across all sectors.

“We respectfully appeal to your esteemed office to consider sponsoring a two-day capacity-building training for 150 female journalists from various media houses  in the FCT,” she said.

She said the training has the theme, “Workplace Diversification: Advancing Women Journalists’ Role in the Newsroom”.

She said it would equip members with the tools and strategies to thrive in their careers and contribute to national development.

“We believe this training aligns with your ongoing efforts to promote inclusivity, professionalism, and gender balance within the civil service and across government institutions.”(NAN)

Workers’ Day: NACA Seeks Inclusive Workplaces For People Living With HIV

By Justina Auta

The National Agency for the Control of AIDS has called for inclusive and supportive workplaces for everyone, including People Living with HIV.

Dr Temitope Ilori, the Director-General of NACA, made this known in a statement in Abuja in commemoration of the 2025 International Workers’ Day.

Workers’ Day is celebrated to highlight the labor Force’s contribution globally and serves as a reminder of the challenges and demands for better working conditions, equitable wages and social justice to contribute to development.

Ilori said as the world celebrates the contributions of workers, there is need to reaffirm commitment to building inclusive and supportive work environments that respect the rights of all, regardless of health status.

“Workplaces are not just centres of productivity; they are communities where dignity and equality must be upheld,” she said.

She urged employers, labour unions, and government institutions to prioritise HIV awareness, promote education and enforce non-discrimination policies in the workplace.

According to her, Nigeria has nearly two million people living with HIV, many of whom are active contributors in the labour force.

“These individuals face not only health-related challenges but also the stigma and discrimination that come with their status,” she said.

Ilori stressed that no one should be denied employment, dignity, or opportunity because of their HIV status.

“As we continue to work towards safe and fair workplaces, let us remember that health rights are fundamental human rights,” she added.

She called on all stakeholders to work together to ensure that every worker is treated with respect, fairness and care, irrespective of their HIV status.

This year’s Workers’ Day theme,” Reclaiming the Civic Space Amid Economic Hardship”. (NAN)

NCWS Unveils Plan To Advance Women’s Rights, Transformation

0

By Justina Auta

The National Council of Women Societies (NCWS) has unveiled a blueprint to advance the rights of women, gender equity and transformation in every sector, for national development.

Hajiya Imaan Sulaiman-Ibrahim, Minister for Women Affairs, said the initiative would reignite opportunities for women to thrive.

The minister made this known in Abuja, during the unveiling of the blueprint and celebration of 100 transformational days in office of Mrs Edna Azura, the  NCWS National President.
Sulaiman-Ibrahim, also commended the First Lady, Sen.  Oluremi Tinubu, the NCWS  Grand Patron for donating a brand-new bus to the organisation.

“The blueprint we unveil today is more than a plan; it is a collective compass. It outlines a bold, structured and sustainable pathway to advance women’s rights, agency and leadership across the federation.

“It shows that we are not waiting for change; we are building change.

“Blueprints must meet reality.

To truly implement this vision, we must address the fundamental gaps that keep our women unseen, underserved and underrepresented,” she said.

The minister noted that lack of a comprehensive, inclusive national database for Nigerian women, had  hindered visibility and equity for Nigerian women.

According to her, this has compelled the ministry to deploy the ‘Happy Woman App’ and other digital platforms under  the ‘Digital Harmony’ initiative, to connect women to essential services, networks, resources and opportunities.

“We are using these platforms to build the largest gender-responsive digital database in Nigeria’s history.

“This will allow us to plan better, respond faster, and serve more effectively. Our women must no longer remain on the margins of innovation; they must be at the heart of it,” she said.

The minister further added that the ministry’s mission was anchored on delivering Women and Children’s agenda of President Bola Tinubu, where women ‘rise, lead and thrive’.

“The Nigerian woman is not asking for favors, she is claiming her rightful place.

And this administration, this ministry and this council stand as her partners in purpose,” she said.

Also speaking, the NCWS president Mrs Edna Azura, expressed appreciation to the government for its  support to women, which would enhance their economic, political and social status.

She noted that since her assumption of office, the council had launched the anti-GBV awareness initiative, empowered indigents women and widows, partnered with Tunisian Embassy on trade engagement and strengthened collaboration with Nigeria’s governors’ spouses and other stakeholders.

She listed other achievements as partnering  with the Nile University, hosting of  a National Mental Health symposium to address depression and suicide, as well as campaign for zero tolerance on FGM, amongst others.

She said: “These milestones are only the beginning in the coming months, because NCWS  will scale up the GBV prevention programs nationwide.

“We will roll out state level empowerment training hubs for grassroots women. We will also intensify advocacy for women’s political inclusion in party structures and elections, amongst others,”.

Also speaking, Mrs Pauline Tallen, former Minister of Women Affairs  urged women to support the Nigerian government, particularly the incumbent minister, to implement initiatives that would economically empower and increase women’s political representation. (NAN)

Meeting With Miyetti -Allah: Coalition Asks U S To Redeploy Its Ambassador to Nigeria.

0

The International Coalition against Christian Genocide in Nigeria (ICAC-GEN) has requested the United States to Redeploy its Ambassador to Nigeria, Richard Mills for meeting with Miyetti Allah, an organisation seen by the coalition as sponsors of terrorism in Nigeria.

The request is contained in a protest letter dated 29th April 2025 and signed by its President, Nwankwo Tony Nwaezeigwe, PhD and addressed to the US Secretary of State, RT Hon Marco  Rubio.

PROTEST LETTER TO THE US SECRETARY OF STATE AGAINST US AMBASSADOR TO NIGERIA RICHARD MILLS FOR SUPPORTING ISLAMIC FULANI JIHADISTS AND TERRORISTS IN NIGERIA

The Rt. Hon. Marco Rubio, Tuesday April 29, 2025
United States Secretary of State
U.S. Department of State
2201 C Street, NW
Washington, D.C. 20520

Rt. Hon. Marco Rubio Sir,
AMB RICHARD MILLS’ MEETING WITH MIYETTI ALLAH ISLAMIC TERRORISTS IS AMERICAN DEATH SENTENCE TO NIGERIAN CHRISTIANS AND AN AFFRONT TO PRESIDENT TRUMP
The International Coalition against Christian Genocide in Nigeria (ICAC-GEN)
wishes to bring to your notice for urgent intervention the obvious collaboration of the American Ambassador to Nigeria Mr. Richard Mills with Muslim Fulani sponsors of terrorism in Nigeria. This is clearly manifested by his recent meeting with the notorious Islamic terrorist organization Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria on Monday 28 April, 2025.
We consider such meeting as the official sanction by the American Government of the on-going unending slaughter of Nigerian Christians by Muslim Fulani terrorists masquerading as armed Fulani herdsmen, armed Fulani bandits, Boko Haram, ISWAP, and the recently formed Lakurawa Islamist group in Northwest Nigeria. Ambassador Mills is fully aware that as America’s envoy, any official engagement he undertakes with any group of persons is deemed the official policy action of the United States Government.
We wish to inform the Rt. Hon. Secretary of State that on 27th March, April 2, and April 14, 2025, this same Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria Ambassador Mills held meeting with through its armed wings, Fulani Herdsmen and bandits, most of whom were members of the displaced Islamic Fulani Seleka terrorists from Central African Republic slaughtered over 108 Christians in Bokkos and Bassa Local Government Areas of Plateau State, Nigeria.
On March 27, 11 people were slaughtered in Ruwi. On April 2, 43 people were slaughtered in Hurti, Manguna and Mangor; and on April 14, 54 people were slaughtered in Zikke. His Excellency Ambassador Richard Mills cannot feign ignorance of these tragic events perpetrated against indigenous Christians of Nigeria by Muslim Fulani jihadists under the guidance of the same Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria he hosted on Monday 28 April, 2025 in his office to discuss the welfare of their cattle.
It is therefore logically clear that by that meeting, His Excellency Ambassador Richard Mills is telling Nigerian Christians that the lives of the above 51 victims of Miyetti Allah terrorists are do not matter to the American Government. By such a meeting Ambassador Mills is telling us that the lives of the above 51 Christians slaughtered by the same Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria he hosted on Monday 28 April, 2025 in his office were worth less than the lives of Fulani cows; otherwise the first act of the Ambassador Mills should have been the condemnation of the multiple crimes being perpetrated against humanity by his guests. But he chose instead to discuss the welfare of his guests’ cows.
His Excellency Ambassador Richard Mills has never at any moment either visited the affected communities or made any bold policy statement against these heinous crimes against humanity in line with America’s anti-terrorism policy. But he chose rather to interact with the same terrorist group to discuss the welfare of their cows against the continued slaughter of Christians in Nigeria, thereby telling us that the lives of cows are more valued than the lives of human beings.
It will interest the Rt. Hon. Secretary of State that since the inception of these persecutions of Christians through Kidnapping for ransoms, forceful eviction from their ancestral lands and mass killings, many terrorists of Fulani ethnic extraction have been arrested by security forces, only to be released without prosecution for murder, kidnapping and terrorism by any court of law in Nigeria. His Excellency Ambassador Richard Mills cannot feign ignorance of this fact.
His Excellency Ambassador Richard Mills is aware that Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria is a Fulani ethno-religious group which coordinates all the killings and kidnappings in Nigeria through Armed Fulani herdsmen, armed Fulani Bandits, Boko Haram, ISWAP and the recently formed Lakurawa insurgents affiliated with Islamic terrorists in Mali and Niger.
We wish to inform the Rt. Hon. Secretary of State that Miyetti Allah is the coordinating arm of all the terrorist groups in West and Central Africa today—from Central African Republic through Cameroon, Nigeria, Niger, Benin, Togo, Ghana, Burkina Faso, and Mali. To substantiate this fact, the Rt. Hon. Secretary of State is hereby respectfully informed that the same ethnic Fulani terrorists dressed in the gabs of Armed Herdsmen, Bandits, Boko Haram, ISWAP and Lakurawa are the same group of Islamic terrorists terrorizing Republics of Benin, Togo, Niger, Mali, Ghana and Burkina Faso. It is therefore our humble call the Miyetti Allah be officially declared a terrorist organization in Nigeria.
The Rt. Hon. Secretary of State Sir, we wish to further acquaint you sir that Nigerian Christians are under the serious threat of not only losing their lives and Christian faith but losing their lands to invading Muslim Fulani jihadists from Central African Republic, Cameroon, Senegal, Guinea and other West African Countries. Many Nigerian Christians have been forced out of their ancestral homes by these Miyetti Allah terrorists, living in IDP camps as refugees in their home-States, while their homes are occupied by these terrorists without the Governments of the day, both States and Federal taking any concerted action to remedy the situation.
The Rt. Hon. Secretary of State Sir, if we claim that our security forces are overwhelmed by the terrorists we lie and deceive ourselves. The truth is that our security forces and officials of both Federal and State Governments are working in collaboration with these terrorist to sustain these crimes of kidnapping, maiming, killing and displacement from ancestral homes, against Christians in Nigeria.
The fundamental question here is why should confirmed terrorists involved in heinous crimes of kidnapping and slaughter of innocent Nigerian Christians captured by Nigerian security forces, instead of being prosecuted for terrorism were rehabilitated by the same Federal Government fighting them? Does it not prove a case of collaboration between the Federal Government and the terrorists?
The Rt. Hon. Secretary of State Sir, we have strong irrefutable evidence even known to members of the public that senior Nigerian army officers hold open meetings with these terrorists and in some instances grant them safe passages to their bases. Can any sensible and morally cultured armed forces of any nation engage in such act of collaborative terrorism against the same nation they swore to defend? This is only happening in Nigeria where decadency in political leadership is celebrated with perverted religiosity.
The Rt. Hon. Secretary of State Sir, it is on record even to the official knowledge of Ambassador Mills that some of these so-called repentant and rehabilitated Islamic terrorists have been recruited into the armed forces, Police force, and other paramilitary organizations, which not only has made the genuine efforts of the security forces in combating them utterly difficult. Such abominable recruitment of sworn and proven terrorists has equally put the lives of mostly Christian soldiers in vulnerable situations which often led to their select elimination while in action.  His Excellency Mr. Richard Mills cannot claim ignorance of this dreadful policy by the same Nigerian Government which claims to be fighting terrorism.
The Rt. Hon. Secretary of State Sir, Nigerian Christians are in total danger of extermination without anyone to protect them. As I write this petition to you, many villages belonging to Christians who were attacked and displaced from their homelands by these Muslim Fulani terrorists are being occupied and even renamed by these terrorists with the despicable connivance of the present Federal Government of Nigeria. They do this with animalistic impunity because no Christian with integrity, clear sense of moral judgment and fledging desire to defend his faith is occupying any responsible and powerful political and military positions in Nigeria today.
Think of it the Rt. Hon. Secretary of State Sir. The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria is a Muslim once convicted of drug offences in the United States. The Vice President is equally a Muslim who is not just an overt sponsor of Islamic terrorism in Nigeria but a foundation patron of Boko Haram.
The National Security Adviser who is of the Fulani ethnic extraction with the terrorists does not possess moral clout to battle against his fellow Muslim ethnic Fulani kinsmen. He equally lacks the moral principle to sit as National Security Adviser to the President As the pioneer Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), he once publicly pigeonholed the same President he currently serves under as one of the most corrupt State Governors in Nigeria.
Both the Minister of Defense and the Minister of State for Defense are not only Muslims but members of the same Fulani ethnic group who are the core terrorists in Nigeria. The Minister of State for Defense who was the Zamfara State Governor for eight years during the last political dispensation was confirmed as the official sponsor of terrorism in in his State. He was also discovered to have buried over fifty exotic vehicles belonging to Zamfara State Government. The question here is how can these same people protecting their kinsmen terrorists with their official positions as Defense Ministers care about the security of Nigerian Christians?
The US Ambassador to Nigeria His Excellency Richard Mills is fully aware of this precipitous security situation in Nigeria against Nigerian Christians, but he chose instead to defend cows on behalf of patrons of terrorists against Christian lives. It is therefore obvious that the lives of Christians in Nigeria do not matter to Ambassador Richard Mills.
The Rt. Hon. Secretary of State Sir, we are aware that Ambassador Richard Mills was specifically posted to Nigeria to defend the specific interests of Nigerian Muslims against the Nigerian Christian population; especially those of the  Fulani patrons of terrorism in line with the anti-Christian policies of Presidents Barack Obama and Joe Biden. This explains why President Joe Biden rushed his appointment under the influence of the Muslim Fulani-born Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations, Amina J. Mohammed, with whom Ambassador Richard Mills worked at the US Deputy Ambassador to the United Nations.
The Rt. Hon. Secretary of State Sir, President Barack Obama killed Nigerian Christians politically in favor of the current ruling terrorist Muslims through his alliance with these same patrons of Islamic terrorism in Nigeria because of President Goodluck Jonathan’s refusal to adopt his Satanic LGBTQ policy. President Joe Biden on the other hand buried the Nigerian Christian political aspirations and made then much vulnerable to their present onslaught by Muslim Fulani terrorists through his patronage of the same patrons of Islamic terrorism.
The Rt. Hon. Secretary of State Sir, it is obvious from Ambassador Mills’ meeting with Fulani Islamist terrorists that his main mission in Nigeria is to sustain the political death and burial of Nigerian Christians designed and calculatingly executive by his erstwhile bosses Presidents Barack Obama and Joe Biden. As the saying goes, he who pays the piper dictates the tune. Since Ambassador Mills was appointed by President Joe Biden, it is obvious that he would continue with the anti-Christian policies of the man who appointed him. His continued presence in Nigeria as US Ambassador is therefore not in the interests of Nigerian Christians in particular and Nigerian nation in general. His timely redeployment from his current position will save the United States Government from further official embarrassments.
The Bible tells us in Acts of the Apostles Chapter 16 verses 25 and 26 that:
“About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening to them. Suddenly there was such a violent earthquake that the foundations of the prison were shaken. At once all the prison doors flew open, and everyone’s chains came loose.”
Like Paul and Silas prayed for their freedom from the Roman dungeon, Nigerian Christians prayed unceasingly for the election of President Donald Trump, believing that in him lies their hope for freedom from the on-going kidnappings and killings by Muslim terrorists in Government and in the bush. We fervently prayed that through the timely intervention of President Donald Trump the kind of divine earthquake that descended on the Roman prison and which subsequently liberated Paul and Silas will descend on Nigeria soonest to liberate the oppressed and persecuted Christians of the Nigerian nation.
We are however disturbed that with the like of Ambassador Richard Mills sitting as the US envoy to Nigeria, this expectation of freedom through our amiable President Donald Trump will never see the light of the day. It is therefore our humble request that Ambassador Richard Mills should be redeployed from Nigeria in order to safeguard President Trump’s positive policies for Nigeria-.
Respectfully Yours,
