Nigeria: Communities Celebrate As Kanwan Katsina Clocks 23 Years On Throne

Felicitations have continued to pour in as the Kanwan Katsina District Head Of Ketare, Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara clocks 23 fruitful and prosperous years on the throne.

The latest were from two Community Development Associations, Ketare District Development Association, and Ketare Youth Development Association, all in Kankara Local Goverment Area of Katsina State.

A statement jointly signed by the Chairmen of the two associations, Ibrahim Sam’ila Ketare and Comrade Mudassuru Lawal Gurbi respectively, commended the Kanwan Katsina for bringing developmental projects to communities of Ketare district.

The statement described the twenty three years on the throne by the traditional ruler as eventful and full of achievements in the areas of youth and women empowerment, educational development, Water supply, Health, roads, computer training, among others.

The Associations wished the Kanwan Katsina, Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara good health, God’s guidance and blessings to continue to woo more developments to the communities of Ketare District and Kankara local government, as a whole.

Ketare District Development Association KDDA and Ketare Youth Development Association KEDEMA also described Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara as a leader who has fashion for the development of communities in Ketare district where he goes around Ministries, Departments and, agencies to attract developmental projects to his domain.

The Associations prayed for the peace and security in Ketare District, Kankara Local Government, Katsina State and the country as a whole.

The Kanwan Katsina, Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara was turbaned the District Head of Ketare on November 4, 2000 by the Late Emir of Katsina, Alhaji Dr Mohammadu Kabir Usman.
