Date:

The gubernatorial candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in November 11 poll, Alhaji Muritala Yakubu Ajaka says his Victory would end percentage payment of salaries and other misdemeanours being perpetrated by the present Administration in the State.

Speaking with Africa Prime News during his recent visit to Kaduna on the invitation of Kogi indigenes, Muri argues that voting the APC candidate, amounts to a continuation of another wasteful 8 years in Kogi State.

To put an end to the lamentations, Muri listed out the followings:-

1-Mass Employment
2-Mass recruitment of teachers
3-Local Government autonomy
4- Strengthen Community policing
5- Review 2017 screening exercise
6- Bye-Bye to percentage salaries
7-Free healthcare
8-Roads construction in all the 21 LGAs
9-Acces to portable and usable water
10- Revamp Kogi tertiary institutions
11- Students’ welfare (Bursary and Scholarships)
12-Make Kogi a tourism destination
13-Solid minerals development
14-13% derivation
15-Non-Stop empowerments
16-Food Security
17-Make Kogi investment friendly.

From the foregoing, “Muri”, as he is popularly called, therefore appealed to the people of the State to join the winning team  and vote him as the Kogi State governor for a new dawn.
