Ahead of 2023 General and Presidential Elections in Liberia, President George M. Weah has lighted the capital city of Bomi County, Tubmanburg, delivering residents from long lasting darkness.

Tubmanburg Bomi County is the home of former Liberian President, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf who served for twelve years and House Speaker, Alex Tyler, but failed to electrify the county leaving the people in total darkness.

Speaking to newsmen on Sunday July 10, 2022, the County Senator, Edwin Snowe asserted that for approximately thirty (30) since 1992 the people of Bomi County are now seeing lights for the first time on LEC poles.

He further said that, “Making Bomi Happy ahead of 2023” is on course and lauded President George M. Weah for the positive initiative.
