Liberia 2023: President Weah Threatens To Sack Underperforming Public Officials

Ahead of 2023 Elections in Liberia, Minister of State for Presidential Affairs, Nathaniel McGill has disclosed plans by President Weah to dismiss underperforming public officials.

According to the Minister, the Liberian leader will not relent to substitute underachieving individuals on his team before 2023 elections

He further disclosed that government of President George Weah is currently in its stoppage time, wants more to be done for the Liberian People.

The Minister who was speaking on Tuesday indicated that despite series of criticisms from the opposition, it is incumbent upon officials of Government to perform their duties to impact the Liberian populace.

He also urged citizens not to listen to the criticisms from the opposition, but see the developments Government is undertaking.
