Several members Of Nigeria Union Of Journalists (NUJ), Kaduna State Council broke down in tears Thursday , when they paid a condolence visit to the family of Late Chief Dominic Uzu .
The condolence visit was led by the Vice President NUJ Zone A, Comrade Yusuf Idris, the Chairman of Kaduna State Council of NUJ, Comrade Adamu Yusuf, Council Secretary and assistant Secretary, Comrade John Femi Adi and Shindong Bala.
Others include, Hajiya Fatima Aliyu Chairman of NAWOJ Kaduna State Chapter and members as well as elders.
.Commiserating with the family, Comrade Adamu Yusuf, said, “Madam, we here represent the entire NUJ as a body and we have come to condole you, the immediate and extended family of our late colleague and friend, Dominic.
“We in the NUJ are also deeply grieved by his death because we are so close in this profession as colleagues and friends. We will miss his professional and friendly advice he willingly offers to all of us.
“Please, Ma, we urge you to take courage in the saying that God gives, God takes. However, we in the NUJ will always avail ourselves to assist you and the family in every possible way we can.

Elder Joseph Edegbo offered prayer for the repose soul of late Dominic Uzu to rest in peace. He prayed that God will give the immediate and extended family the fortitude to bear the loss.
