Date:

… Advises Him to Lead With Wisdom, Justice, Humility

Distinguished Senator Bala Ibn Na’Allah has congratulated Alhaji Sanusi Mika’ilu Sami on his appointment as the new Emir of Zuru by the Kebbi State Government.

In a statement issued by his Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Garba Muhammad Danjarida, the Senator described the appointment as both a well-deserved honour and a reflection of the collective will of the Zuru Emirate people.

He commended the transparent and credible process that produced the new Emir, noting that the recommendation of the election committee and the approval by Governor Nasir Idris underscored the respect for tradition, fairness, and due process.

Senator Ibn Na’Allah prayed for the success of the new Emir, urging him to lead with wisdom, justice, humility, and fear of Almighty Allah . He expressed confidence that His Royal Highness will build on the enduring legacy of his late predecessor, Major General Muhammad Sani Sami Gomo II, whose passing on August 16, 2025 created the vacancy.

“On behalf of myself, my family, and the entire Zuru community, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to His Royal Highness, Alhaji Sanusi Mika’ilu Sami. May his reign usher in lasting peace, unity, and development for Zuru Emirate, Kebbi State, and Nigeria as a whole,” the statement concluded.
