Family Health Advocates in Nigeria Initiative, FHANI says it received with shock the news of the death of One of its dedicated and committed members, Hajia Zainab Umar, a retired Deputy Director Nursing Services with the Kaduna State Ministry of Health

She was buried Friday in Kaduna, according to Islamic rights.

A statement signed by the Secretary, Mr. Benjamin Yunana Maigari on behalf of FHANI reads :-

“Members of FHANI are deeply saddened to hear the passing of Hajia Zainab Farouk Umar popularly known as Zee , a dedicated and committed member of our organization. It is with a heavy heart that we extend our deepest condolences to her husband, the immediate family, friends , CSO community and the entire state at this difficult time.

“Hajia Zainab farouk Umar, was an exceptional individual who consistently demonstrated unwavering dedication and commitment to our organization. Her profound contributions, tireless efforts, and unwavering passion were truly inspiring and have left an indelible mark on all of us.

“Her commitment to our organization’s mission and her exceptional work ethic served as a model for all members. She was always willing to go above and beyond to achieve results and never shied away from any challenge. She had consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership skills, which not only made her a valuable asset to the organization but also earned her the respect and admiration of everyone fortunate enough to work alongside her.

“Beyond her professional capabilities, Hajia Zainab farouk Umar was also a kind-hearted and compassionate individual. She always offered a lending hand and provided support to her colleagues, inspiring others to become better versions of themselves. Her positivity and infectious enthusiasm was a true source of inspiration for all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

“Her absence will undoubtedly be felt profoundly within her family, FHANI and the wider CSOs in Kaduna State.
Hajia Zainab Farouk Umar’s legacy will continue to live on through the positive impact she have made and the memories shared by all who were touched by her presence.

“Once again, please accept our deepest condolences for the loss of our dear wife mother, friend and esteemed colleague. May her soul rest in eternal peace, and may she find solace in the cherished memories shared with her”, the statement concludes.
