On Monday, November 13, 2023, as the world celebrates World Kindness Day, Nigerian environmentalist and writer, ’Seyifunmi Adebote will mark the day in a unique way. At an in-person book launch taking place in Sweden, Adebote in the midst of invited guests will share incredible kind stories of people and how little kind actions is making our world a better place. The book, Random Acts of Kindness, entertainingly reveals how kind acts connect people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, religious beliefs, social rankings, and walks of life
The author disclosed that the inspiration for the book came from a single, serendipitous act of kindness he received at a particularly demanding phase of his life. “This book is not just another literary creation; it is a testament to the enduring power of kindness and will serve as a go-to idea bank, engaging more people to carry out more random acts of kindness.” ‘Seyifunmi Adebote said.
”These many stories, unadulterated and anonymously shared, plus the lessons drawn from each – including mine makes the bulk of this book: Random Acts of Kindness. It is already inspiring many who have read it, and they are consciously seeking to be kinder everyday. I hope it can serve as an idea bank of kindness to everyone who reads it.” he said.
