2023 Traditional Durbar: Kanwan Katsina, Bello Hails Emirate Council

The Kanwan Katsina District Head of Ketare, Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara, Northwest Nigeria, has lauded the superlative arrangements made towards this year’s traditional durbar by the Katsina Emirate Council

The highly delighted traditional title holder made the commendation while riding on a horse for Hawan Bariki traditional homage.

Alhaji Usman Bello was accompanied by his entourage riding horses amidst drummers, singers and other cultural displays.

In his colourful regalia, the Ketare District Head said the superlative arrangements by the Katsina Emirate council made the event highly attractive.Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara congratulated the Emir of Katsina, Alhaji Abdulmuminu Kabir Usman and entire council members of the Emirate for witnessing this year’s Eid el Kabir.

 

The District Head maintained that this year’s traditional durbar showcased the existing cordial relationship between the traditional title holders and people across the State.

The Ketare District Head also spoke on the efforts made by the traditional title holders towards addressing the issue of insecurity affecting their Communities and called for more support to the Government and other stakeholders in their collective efforts towards restoring peace and unity, especially, at the fronline local Government Areas in the State.
