Governor Nasir Idris of Kebbi State has announced the first set of appointments of officials and aides to assist him in his administration.
Accordingly, Yakubu Bala Tafidan Yauri will serve as Secretary to the State Government (SSG); Attahiru Maccido as Chief of Staff to the Governor; Aminu Musa Danko as Personal Assistant to the Governor; and Ahmed Idris as Press Secretary to the Governor.
Other persons appointed were Yahaya Sarki as Special Adviser on media and publicity; Aliyu Bandado Argungu as Special Adviser on New Media; Abu Zaidu Yari, Senior Special Assistant on New Media; and Umar Shehu Baiti as Senior Special Assistant on Protocol.
The announcement was contained in a statement by press secretary to the Governor, Ahmed Idris and made available to newsmen on Wednesday.
The appointments were with effect from 29th May 2023.
