A Kazaure based social critic in Jigawa State, Northwest Nigeria, Comrade Abubakar Isa Kazaure has advised the Governor elect, Mal Umar Namadi to appoint only credible, and committed personalities while forming his cabinet.A
He also advised him to be wary of sycophants who might surround him for their selfish interest, instead of the collective interest and overall well being of the state.
Speaking to Africa Prime News, Isa drew the attention of the Governor elect that there are some sycophants surrounding the him in their persuits to achieve their selfish agenda, which “we will resist with all sense of reasonings”.
According to him, the mission of such enemies of progress was nothing, but to derail him from his good ideals in scouting for credible persons in forming the cabinet.
“To that effect we are calling on jigawa Governor elect in seeing that only credible and committed personalities are choosen as cabinet members this time around since we are fed up with public embarassment with failed and abstract representation, said Kazaure “.
Accessing the outgoing APC led administration of Governor Badaru Abubakar, Kazaure rated the administration as worst in the history of the State since the achievements of the administration was far below people’s expectations as it’s achievements is far below people’s exoectations as far as infrastructural, and human capital development is concern.
“This was a state with the highest indices of poverty, unemployment and decadence of public Institution’s, to mention but a few”
Therefore the task ahead of our Governor elect, Mal. Umar Namadi was enormous starting with the excavation of the collapse public institutions, restoring public confidence within the state civil servants, welfarism, industrialization drive to afford the state’s citizens gainful employment, and persuance of infrastructural developments, among others for us to forge ahead.
“To achieve these desired objectives, the Governor elect require to engage the services of competent, dedicated and committed people as his cabinet members. People’s of proven integrity, fear of God with zero tolerance to corruption with patriotic zeal to forge our deer state forward, he concludes.
