My Defeat At Polls Will Not Stop Me From Promoting Community Service – Da’u Aliyu.

A defeated APC House of Rep member representing Birnin-Kudu and Buji Federal Constituency in Jigawa State, Hon. Da’u Aliyu has stated that his defeat to retain his seat in the lower chamber will not deter him from continued doing his laudable best towards the promotion of humanitarian services.

” We will not relent in our efforts to continue doing our best towards the promotion of services to humanity”

He noted that, the projects he brought were part of his campaign promises and he believed the people of the area will make good use of the project’s and guide against vandalization.

The projects commissioned include a 10km road from Gantsa – Giginya village Wich linked over 14 communities with access road, constructed at a cost of over ₦1.8 billion.

Other projects were the enovation of Birninkudu Stadium executed at ₦250 Million and the construction of Nafara maternity clinic valued at over ₦300 million.

Speaking on behalf of the road project benefitting communities, Malam Ibrahim of Giginya village said, the access road will enable them to transport their farm produce to the market which in returns will improve their economy.

He noted that, the provision of this asphalt road will give them more access to healthcare services, movement of goods and services which will boost socio- potentials of the community.
In facts we are now unlocked and connected to the larger world” Giginya declared.
The Nafara community expressed their appreciation to Hon Magaji Da”u, described the new health facilities as a source for hope to tackle the high rate of child and maternal deaths in the area.

Speaking at the commissioning of N2.5b
the Chairman of Birnin-Kudu LGA in Jigawa State, Hon. Sani Abdullahi assisted Hon. Magaji Da’u Aliyu on commissioning Nafara Maternity Clinic, in Birnin-Kudu LGA.

Community service projects comprise of a N350m Nafara Maternity Clinic, a ten kilometre Gantsa- Nafara tired ashplat road valued at N1.4b, and renovation of Birnin-Kudu stadium at N250m.

” I feel excited with the provision of these infrastructural development as my community are in dear need of, to better the lot’s of my constituents”

He further stated that the maternity hospital commissioned today is amongst the best in the country since it comprised modern working tools for operation, likewise the road network as it will ease transportation problem facing the community.
