The Ciroman Agbologu in Lafia Local Government Area of Nasarawa State, North central Nigeria, Alhaji Abdullahi Musa has urged the people of the State to remain united and give all the necessary support and cooperation to Governor Abdullahi Sule for the socio-economic welbeing of the State.
The traditional ruler who gave the charge in his New Year message, also identified peace as the only key to the attainment of progress and development of any society.
The Ciroman Agbolagu advised the people, especially, the youths, to shun violence and always see themselves as brothers and sisters with a view to achieving lasting peace, unity and harmony in the state, in particular and the country as a whole.
The traditional ruler acknowledged the achievements of Governor Abdullahi Sule, especially in the area of infrastructural development and urged all the communities to take good care of projects located in their areas.
The traditional ruler who is known as Alhaji Abdullahi Keffi counselled the people on the need to always put the interest of the State above any other for the overall development and progress of the State saying “we must support Governor Sule’s initiatives and hard work to enable us enjoy more dividends of democracy”.
The Ciroman Agbolagu commended the cordial relationship existing between the Governor and the State Council of Chiefs, noting that the relationship has helped towards the attainment of peace, unity and development, among others, in the State.
