Former Vice Chairman for Operations at the Michael Thomas Alliance for Change in District #4 Montserrado County, Alex Momo has refuted allegations made against him by the institution of taking over Seventy Five Thousand Liberian Dollars and on the run.

He stated that the allegation of being on the run for taking seventy five thousand Liberian dollars as operational funds with other items which the institution failed to mentioned in its press statement was not only misleading but false.

He explained that for one to be termed as being “on the run for corrupt practices” there should be a rite of arrest and court order issued against him but nothing of such has been done and he is comfortably carrying on his daily activities.

Chairman Alex Momo further revealed that as a prominent citizen within the Cowfield Community on the Du-Port Road with many properties worth thousands of United States dollars, why will he escaped for an alleged amount of Liberian dollars.

Alex Momo’s reaction followed a press statement issued by the Michael Thomas Alliance for Change in district #4 Montserrado County on Wednesday August 24 alleging that he had taken over seventy five thousand Liberian dollars and on the run with several materials belonging to the institution which were not clearly specified.
