Nigeria 2023: I’m Committed To Building Inclusiveness In Governance If Elected – Plateau PDP Guber

Plateau community resident in Kaduna have come out en masse to show their support for the PDP Gubernatorial candidate, Bar. Caleb Mutfwang at a Parley held in Kaduna, Northwest Nigeria.

The meeting organized by members of the Community, was part of activities to affirm their resolve to support Bar. Mutfwang and the PDP in the up-coming 2023 General elections.
In a good will message, Dr John Ayuba, Kaduna PDP gubernatorial running mate for Hon Isah Ashiru appreciated Bar. Mutfwang for the laudable initiative and all who took time to attend the parley saying it shows commitment towards achieving a change.

 

With this massive turn out I know the people of Plateau are yearning for a change, and that change you are going to get from Bar. Mutfwang by the grace of God,” Ayuba assured.

He further observed that this kind of meeting was the first of its kind, and promised to do same for the people of Kaduna resident in Plateau State.

A dressing the people, the gubernatorial flag-bearer for PDP, Bar. Mutfwang said he decided to come to Kaduna and meet with the Kaduna Plateau Community because Kaduna is home to him, “Kaduna is where I became a man, Kaduna is where my life was formed”.

Responding to questions from journalists, Bar. Mutfwang said if he emerges the governor of Plateau State come 2023, his priority would be to tackle insecurity.

“Our first priority will be to deal with the issues of insecurity, this is very topical on the mind of every Nigerian, but more particularly for states like Plateau and Kaduna, you cannot start governance without dealing with these issues of security” he said.

According to him, one vital lesson he is taking away from Kaduna is the ability to manage a pluralistic society, diversity, and the lesson of building inclusiveness in governance.

Bar. Mutfwang appreciated all present at the meeting, “I would like to assure this diverse group of people that one of my priorities again would be how to fuse unity on the Plateau, uniting our people is very key in our march towards progress, and by the grace of God, we will emphasize on it”.

Bar. Caleb Mutfwang stated that apart from peace, providing stable electricity to the Plateau is one among his mandate because when there is peace and light, the sky would be our limit”.
