Murder: Liberian Court Sentences 20 Year Old To 47 Years Imprisonment, But Places Him On Parole

The 7th Judicial Circuit Court in Zwedru, Grand Gedeh County in Liberia has sentenced One Moses Mlarmah, age 20, to 47 years in prison.

The court’s decision comes following a guilty verdict brought down against Mlarmah for killing a motorcyclist, Modecious Nyemah, in Pleebo Sodoken, Maryland County in 2021.

According to the verdict, murderer Mlarmah could be placed on parole after 30 years depending on good behavior.

The case was adjudged in Zwedru on the request of state prosecutors for change of venue from Harper to Zwedru.
