Flooding Renders Hundreds Of Families Homeless In Liberia

Several people in Lower Margibi County in Liberia, are currently homeless as a result of Monday heavy downpour

According to state radio ELBC, areas hugely affected, are Monclays Town and Fahns Town situated on Roberts International Airport Highway causing heavy damages to properties.

The victims are currently calling for an emergency intervention from Government and NGOs.

Experts of flooding attributed the incidence to the ongoing 44 km RIA -ELWA Road expansion project by the government.
