The All progressives congress (APC) stakeholders and party juggernauts in the Kaduna south senatorial district (Zone 3) have thrown their weights behind Chief Anthony Hassan Political aspiration.
“Hassan is the only politician in the zone that has the capacity to change the political dynamics in southern Kaduna”.
In a release signed, by Solomon Bala Garkuwa Deputy team Leader, Chief Anthony Hassan Campaign Team, said the position was taken in kafanchan tuesday during the declaration of the aspirant, who they said ” is the only person that can deepen the party’s fortune in the area”
Adding ” we will want to for the first time have an APC senator in Zone one, zone 2 and zone 3, who should be Chief Anthony Hassan.”
The meeting insisted that only chief Anthony can defeat the opposition in the Senatorial District noting that an unknown candidate will mean an easy passage for the PDP in the zone.
The immediate past zonal chairman Hon Luka Kwaki told the mammoth crowd that Chief Anthony Hassan has been a strong pillar in the building of the party in the zone and that he, remains the best aspirant for the senate, adding that “anything to the contrary will be counter-productive”.
Hon Midat Nikaf, who spoke on behalf of the youths told the gathering that their preference for chief Anthony Hassan, is absolute and the pledged to support him to victory next tomorrow, Saturday.
Former party chairmen from Kagarko, Kachia and Kauru local government areas commended the efforts of Chief Anthony Hassan, in contributing to the growth of the party over the years.
Hon. Peter Agite, former chairman kachia L.G.A, Hon Joseph Sahjury, Hon Kennedy Musa Tifato, Hon Daniel Tifato, Comrade Adamu Marshal, all party secretaries from the eight local government areas and their critical stakeholders were all in attendance.
Earlier, Chief Anthony Hassan had also enjoyed the total support of the zonal chairman, Hon Salisu Musa Tafa, The zonal women leader Hon Rachel Averik and the youth leader Hon Titus Mica.
Also chairmen of the eight local government areas that make up the Kaduna South senatorial District had further expressed their absolute support for chief Anthony Hassan.
They are Alhaji Ibrahim Koli, Jamaá, Engr Sanusi Jibrin Kachia, Yakubu Abubakar Sanga, Hon Daniel G Gauji, Hon Christopher Mailafiya Kagarko, Hon Garba Dakut Kauru, Hon Sani Tachio Kaura, and Markus T Bahago from Zango Kataf and their respective Secretaries. K
