Supporters of the All Progressives Congress, APC from Kajuru Local Government Area of Kaduna State, Tuesday stormed the Headquarters of the State Independent Electoral Commission protesting alleged malpractices during the last Saturday’s election.
Carrying placards with various inscriptions, the protesters alleged that members of the opposition, PDP disguised as SIECOM officials during the election to influence the outcome of the exercise in favour of PDP.
The protesters supported their claims with photographs of some persons suspected to be PDP officials taken at polling units who were alleged to have perpetrated the electoral malpractices.
The photographs were showing persons wearing SIECOM vests whom the protesters claim were PDP and could easily be identified even with name calling.
Those who spoke with newsmen said the APC candidate would challenge the election legally .
