Stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) from Gombe Central Senatorial District have passed a vote of confidence on Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya for his leadership style and development strides in Gombe Central and the state at large.
The Vote of Confidence is contained in a six points communiqué issued at the end of a stakeholders meeting of the party from Akko and Yamaltu Deba local government areas, held on Sunday at Deba the headquarters of Yamaltu Deba Local Government Area.
Members representing Yamaltu Deba Federal Constituency Hon Yunusa Ahmad Ustas and his counterpart of Akko Federal Constituency Usman Bello Kumo read out the Communique
The Communique reads,”The party members unanimously resolved to eschew bitterness and rancour, and will continue to operate as one, united and stronger family under Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya as political leader in the state.”
“The stakeholders commended the state governor for his equitable distribution of developmental projects in Gombe Central and the state at large.
“While congratulating the governor and the APC for a successful conduct of party’s ward congresses, the party stalwarts declared their total support and loyalty to the governor, his administration as well as policies and programs across the state.
“Some of the party’s stalwarts who presented goodwill messages at the meeting include members of the House of Representatives Usman Bello Kumo and Yunusa Ahmad Ustas, former minister and senator Barrister Abdullahi Idris Umar, Speaker Gombe State House of Assembly Hon. Abubakar Muhammad Luggerwo, former speaker Hon. Abubakar Ibrahim Sadik Kurba, local government council chairmen of Akko and Yamaltu Deba Abubakar Barambu and Shuaibu Umar Galadima and Hon. Abubakar Habu Muazu”, It concludes.
