Eid-el Kabir: Gaya Urges Muslims To Pray For Peace And Economic Development

Member representing Aljingi, Gaya and Albasu  Federal Constituency  in the House of Representatives, Hon Abdullahi Mahmud Gaya, has called on Muslims in the country to devote their prayers calling on Allah to end the numerous economic and security challenges facing the country.
According to him, no time in our history, had economic and  insecurity challenges ravaged the country, hence the need for continued prayers for an end to all the prevailing challenges being experienced as people and nation .
“The present situation facing the country is a test of faith and a challenge to everyone”. the Lawmaker said.
Hon Abdullahi Mahmud Gaya who stated this in his Sallah message, is of the opinion that with resolute commitments and dedication of all Nigerians, the country will overcome its present challenges, especially when people support the security agencies with meaningful information that would assist them in maintaining and safe guarding lives and properties of citizens..
“As muslins mark the Eid-el Kabir, let us remember the sacrifice and obedience of Prophet Ibrahim to the will of Allah, and always submit ourselves, fully, to the will of the Almighty and in service of all mamankind . “The significance of the Eid should be beyond the festivities as the real essence is not in the meat or the blood of the animal but to encourage piety, self-discipline and sacrifice”, he said.
Hon Mahmud Gaya also facilitates with the Kano state Governor, Dr Umar Abdullahi Ganduje, Speaker Femi Gbajabiamila, House principal leaders and his constituents  for witnessing yet another Eid celebration and pray for Allah to ease them the current economic hardship, and hitch free Eid devoid of any insecurity.
