Liberian singer, De-Rio To Release Much Awaited Single “Body” Friday

Hands up in Liberia’s Capital Monrovia, as Superstar and Humanitarian, De-Rio has disclosed to release his much publicized single “Body” featuring Liberian US based Singer 2C.

The much anticipated song is scheduled to be dropped this Friday June 25, 2021 and the proclamation has claimed the public attention portraying excitement as the artist is being noted for flowing with uniquely style comparing him with legendary Senegalese musician Akon.

In an exclusive interview with AFRICA PRIME NEWS in Monrovia, the young Liberian singer, De-Rio asserted that the song is another banger to rock the country as Liberia draws closer to its independence day on July 26, 2021.

When questioned the artist on why he decided to drop the single at this moment when the country is currently faced with Covid-19, the artiste responded as saying that he’s of the strongest conviction that things will stabilize before the July 26, 2021 and citizens will be free to socialize.

He at the same time used the occasion to urge Liberians to adhere to the health protocols prescribed by government to ensure that the country stay safe.

De-Rio is a young musician and humanitarian in Africa who has contributed immensely to the arts and culture of Liberia and through his organization De-Rio Africa with humanitarian assistance.

The artist is expected to make several radio and TV appearances following the release of the song this Friday.
