Ahead of 52nd birthday, 12th March, 2021, the Secretary General,  Nigeria Union of Journalists, (NUJ) Kaduna State Council, Comrade John Femi Adi, has pledged to draw more closer to God especially in the service of humanity.

Adi who made this known while fielding questions from his professional colleagues in Kaduna. regarding the new phase of his life, said more closeness to his maker is one of the Paramount things occupying his being.

“I have been serving God right from childhood. However, I want to see how I can deepened my level of commitment to God as a good Christian full of life.” He said.

The aspiring Kogi west senatorial candidate of the APC on the 25th of February 2021, alerted his close allies of his ambition to run a ministry where Tithes and offerings will be used to build schools, Hospitals and markets.

“I am also working on a missionary project ,where tithes and offerings will be used to build schools, hospitals and markets, So help me God” He added.

The year 2023 general election is approaching, having Adi as one of the major contenders is of no doubt against some key opponents, the likes of Senator Dino Melaye, Senator Smart Adeyemi among others

Asking Femi how he can balance the senatorial ambition with his proposed Ministry, Adi said serving Nigerians especially the people of Kogi west remains his passion, noting that the Ministry and his political ambition go
hand in hand.
