Borno State Governor Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum has relieved the Executive Chairman, Borno State Internal Revenue, Ali Manga Bulama of his appointment.
Subsequently, the Governor has approved the appointment of Alh Mohammed Alkali as the acting Executive Chairman of the Board Of Internal Revenue.
Until his appointment, Alh. Alkali was the Senior Manager Tax, Federal Inland Revenue Service.
He is ADKAR certified change management practitioner and hold a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and Masters in Business Administration.
The statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government indicates that the appointment is with immediate effect.
The former Chairman Ali Managa Bulama is to hand over immediately and report to the office of the Secretary to the State Government for reassignment.
No reason was given for the removal.
