We ‘ll Compliment Government Efforts –  Tsaunin Kura Community GRA Kaduna Tells el-Rufai

The Tsaunin Kura GRA Residents Association (Sabon Tasha GRA), South of Kaduna Capital City, has observed that the only way to make Governor El-Rufai-led government dream of making the state great again, is for communities to compliment the Administration’s  efforts in making the state a better place for all.
The President General of the association, Comrade, Dr Silas Adamu, stated on Saturday shortly after inaugurating various committees for the effective administration of the community, saying that the entire community of Sabon Tasha GRA has resolved in its little way to contribute their window’s mite towards making appreciable contributions of initiating meaningful projects for the overall benefit of the area.
According to him, the state government with its meagre resources can not meet the need of every section of the state, hence the need for Tsaunin Kura GRA residents Association (Sabon Tasha GRA) to embark on self help projects with the hope that government would come to its rescue to carry out other capital intensive projects in the community.
He, however, reiterated the call for the state government to come to the assistance of the community in the area of capital projects such as road construction, drainages, among others which he said, are becoming almost insurmountable by the community.
Ten committees for the smooth running of the association were inaugurated, they include the Board of Trustees (BoT) under the Chairmanship of Dr Sheyin Alhamdu,  legal committee to be chaired by  Mr. Joseph Akoji,  Media Committee to be Chaired by Okpani Jacob Dickson Onjewu, while Roads and drainages committee is under the Chairmanship of Engr. Emmanuel Ayeni.
Other committees are Security Committee to be Chaired by Mr Cletus Ogbonna, Finance committee with Mr Silas Jonah as Chairman, Electricity committee with Mr Cletus Ogbonna as Chairman, Waste management committee with Danladi Musa as Chairman, Women and youth committees with Mrs Cecilia Zingina and Mr Jonah Adua Kure as chairmen respectively.
The various committees, he clarified, are expected to submit their reports within one month with a view to giving the Central Working Committee apple time to study the reports, so as to give the community a blueprint of its activities.
In a vote of thanks, the Vice President General, Mr. Joseph Attah tasked landlord’s in the community to do their part by ensuring prompt payment of their ground rents to the Kaduna state government.
He thanked members of the community for standing solidly behind the executives, a noble gesture, which he said,  has made their jobs easier.
