Nigeria-Police Command Gombe state northeast of the country has paraded three members of a notorious armed robbery gang terrorizing Gombe –Yola road
Also arrested were other two Suspects. The state Commissioner of Police, Shina Tairu Olukolu, who addressed newsmen at the command, said the suspects who belong to syndicates, have been terrorizing the people of Gombe and neighboring states.
He said the suspects, Bature Sule 41 from Bambam villege, Rabiu Musa 42 of Yari villege all in Balaga Local government Area and Shaibu Lawan 40 of Lafi bulu in Yamaltu/Deba local government Area of the state were arrested with one AK47 with 35 rounds of live ammunition, one Cutless, 4 handsets and 188,500 Naira.
Olukolu said the three suspects were arrested by the Police at their hideout at Bambam Village after robbing one Chinedu Obi of bakin and Kinsley Joseph in Bambam Village as well as Zachariah Abbas of Kidda town in Yamaltu/Deba local government area.
He said that another suspect who specialized in stealing vehicle Mohammed Bukar Alis Mammadi 33 of Tageri in Borno State, was arrested by the FSARS of Yobe and Gombe states after he stole Honda Civic with registration number AE434 DKU.
Other suspects are, Musa Kamson 33 and his wife Binta Musa 25 of Maitunku Dadiya in balaga local government Area of the state arrested by the Police for taking the law into his hands by killing his victim who he suspected to have had canal knowledge with his wife.
