Kaduna State Government in northern Nigeria has announced restriction of vehicular movement on all state roads during Saturday’s local government polls.

The restriction would be enforced between 6am to 5pm on Saturday, 12thMay 2018.
A statement by the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Media and Publicity, Samuel Aruwan said security  has been beefed up across the state to guarantee the peaceful and orderly conduct of the elections.
The security agencies ,the statement said, will enforce the restriction of movement.
The Government therefore appealed  to residents to conduct themselves in accordance with the law, and to report any suspicious or illegal conduct to the appropriate security agencies.
