Imoke said that his vision was to raise community of inspired, equipped and influential young leaders who could lead themselves and others.

According to him, between 2011 and 2017, the NGO has implemented different programmes in more than 15 local government areas of Cross River.

“The foundation since inception, worked towards actualising its vision by directly impacting young people through its unique programmes.

“The foundation also had the continued commitment of partners who shared the passion of raising generations of transformational leaders.

“After the training, we developed tracking system to monitor them after being trained,” Imoke said.

He said that the youths were trained on employable and entrepreneurship programme, community connect for youth leadership programme, leadership and community programme, among others.

According to him, the NGO has revamped some of its programmes and  developed new ones to position it for greater impact with far-reaching result.

Imoke said that the programme was targeted at children and youths who are in school, out of school, unemployed in need of guidance and direction to transform them into influential leaders.

He said that the NGO would focus more on training the youths in technology as a trending skill and called on other organisations to partner with the foundation to ensure that Africa become a land where dreams are made possible. (NAN)
