Sports: Liberia Clinch Silver Medal At Confederation Of African Athletics In Mauritius

Liberian Female International sprinter, Ebony Morrison has won a silver medal for Liberia at the ongoing Confederation of African Athletics (CAA) Senior Championship taking place in Port-Louis, Mauritius.

According to LNTV Liberia Live on Thursday, Ebony Morrison clocked a time of 12.73 seconds to win silver in the Women’s 100m hurdles.

The result qualifies Ebony to the 2022 World Athletics Championships in Oregon the United States.

Wellington Zaza, the 2014 record holder in the 110 metres hurdles, in by now competing in the finals of the Men 110m hurdles after qualifying to the final in 13.53 seconds.
