Eid-el- Kabir: Nigerian Politicians, Unionists Call For Prayers Against Insecurity

The Nigerian Union of local government Employees, NULGE, has felicitated with the Muslims  and the entire workers in Kaduna   State on the occasion of Eid Mubarak.

The  State Acting President of the Union, Comrade Rayyanu Isayaku Turunku, said Muslims have every reason to be grateful to Allah for the prevailing peaceful atmosphere in the State  resulting in a hitch free sallah celebration.
In a statement issued by the state Public Relations Officer of the Union, Comrade Tiyaye, the NULGE President urged Muslims to use the occasion to strengthen their commitment to peace and love for one another.
He congratulated the State Governor, Nasiru  El -Rufai and prayed for divine guidance in the quest in governing the State towards eliminating Poverty and Unemployment.
On its part, the Nigeria Peoples Congress , NPC,  also  felicitated with Nigerians on the occasion of Eid-el Kabir . In a statement in Kaduna,  the National Chairman of the party,
 
Suleiman Ahmed Akasawua enjoined the Muslim ummah to pray for the country to overcome its challenges of insecurity,  poverty and unemployment as well as the forthcoming general elections to be violent free  
Suleiman Akasua urged  all Nigerians to be security conscious during and after the id Kabir festivities and not to engage in any act that could lead to breach of public peace .
