The Kaduna State Deputy Governor, North West Nigeria, Barnabas Yusuf Bala has expressed his condolence to the Evangelical Reformed Church of Christ (ERCC) over the death of its president, Very Reverend Jerry Modibo, who died in the early hours of Tuesday, 12th June 2018.
The Deputy Governor described the death as sudden and shocking, saying ‘Very Reverend Modibo’s demise has left a vacuum that will be hard to fill’
In a statement released through his Special Assistant on Media, Manaseh Istifanus, the Deputy Governor said “I received the shocking story of the passing away of our spiritual father, the President of Evangelical Reformed Church of Christ ERCC, who died after a brief illness at his home in Akwanga on Tuesday morning”
