The Presidential Candidate of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) and Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde, has appointed Hon. Felix Hassan Hyat as Director-General of the National Campaign Management Committee (NCMC) of the Makinde/Daura Presidential Campaign Organisation.
Hyat, a former Minister of State for Aviation and former Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Kaduna State chapter will lead the campaign’s efforts to take the Reset Nigeria message to Nigerians and secure victory for the APM in the 2027 presidential election.
Also appointed are Hajia Inna Ciroma, a former Minister of Women Affairs, as Deputy Director-General (Administration), and Hon. Dr. Anthony Aziegbemi as Deputy Director-General (Operations).
A statement by Anthony Ehilebo, Special Adviser on Media and Digital Communication to The APM Presidential Candidate, Engr. Seyi Makinde, stated that the appointments bring together extensive experience in political strategy, administration and mobilisation.
The statement further said that Hyat’s decades of public service and wide political network, alongside the experience of Ciroma and Aziegbemi, will strengthen the campaign’s organisation and engagement across the country.
It further stated that the campaign leadership will work with the party’s National Leader and Governor of Bauchi State, Senator Bala Mohammed; National Chairman, Yusuf Mamman Dantalle; and other party leaders to build a coordinated national campaign.
The Presidential also appointed the following Directors and a Deputy Director
The appointees include Alh. Hamza Akuyam Koshe — Director, Contact and Mobilisation, Mr. Mark Jacob Esq.— Director, Legal and Compliance, Dr. Ade Adeagbo — Director, Administration, Strategy and Hon. Richard Ihediwa — Director, Strategic Communications.
Others include; Alh. Yusuf Ismaila Alkali — Director, Finance, Dr. Emmanuel Dennis — Director, Volunteers, Special Interests and Support Groups, Alh. Suleiman Hussaini Kankia — Director, Security and Intelligence, Hon. (Mrs) Toyin Balogun — Director, Women Coordination, Alh. Umar Bida Ndabrama — Director, Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Documentation, Comrade Armstrong Adah — Director, Youth Coordination, Adeyemi Moyegun — Director, Organisation and Coordination and CP Babangida Ayuba John (retd) — Deputy Director, Security and Intelligence,
The statement further stated that other appointments will be announced in due course.
The Presidential Candidate urged all APM members, supporters and friends, as well as Nigerians who share the Reset Nigeria vision, to remain steadfast and work together towards victory in the 2027 general elections.
