Nigeria: Be Deligent In Discharging State Functions — Namadi Urges Jigawa New Head of Service

Governor Umar Namadi of jigawa state has sworn-in Muhammad Dagaceri as the new Head of Civil Service with a charge to be forthcoming in discharging the state’s administrative functions deligently.

Namadi also urged him to use his experience and work diligently for sound execution of this administration’s policies, and programmes.

Dakaceri was until his appointment, a seasoned Administrator and a Permanent Secretary Directorate of Establishment and Service Matters, office of the Head of the Civil Service.

“Muhammad K. Dagaceri rises to the top of the Civil Service starting from 1992 as an Administrative Officer in the Jigawa State Civil Service.”

He was appointed Permanent Secretary in 2018 and was posted to the Directorate of Administration and Finance, Office of the Secretary to the State Government.

The new Head of the Civil Service, is a graduate of the Bayero University, Kano.

He obtained a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the same University.

The swearing-in ceremony which was held at the Government House Dutse was witnessed by the State Deputy Governor Engr. Aminu Usman Gumel, the Secretary to the government SSG, Mallam Bala Ibrahim and members of the state Executive council. .
