Nigeria: Private And Commercial Motorcycles Barred From Roads In Uyo – Govt

The Akwa Ibom State Government says it has noticed the illegal return of private and commercial motorcycles to Uyo metropolis against the extant enforcement regulations authorized by Government.
“For the avoidance of doubt, private and commercial motorcycles(except registered dispatch riders)are banned from being used within the Uyo Capital City Area.

“The State Government is  by this notice reminding all motorcyclists, that the Security agencies have been briefed to strictly enforce the ban on the use of motorcycles within Uyo metropolis”,
