Encomium: Popoola Lauds El-rufai’s Giant Stride in Education, Infrastructure

Date:

A South-West technocrat cum business man, Adeyemo Popoola, has hailed Governor  Nasiru El-rufai of Kaduna State for the giant strides in the education sub- sector, especially the ongoing massive infrastructural projects at the Kaduna State University, KASU, permanent site, situated in Rigachikun, Igabi Local Government Area of the State.

Popoola ushered the encomium on El-rufai during a business dinner in Lagos, on Sunday.

“The Kaduna township that I know before, where I lived for sometimes has a new, beautiful look since El-rufai embarked on his government Urban Renewal drive.

“Of immense interest is the moving of KASU from a very tight location where there is no enough space for expansion to Rigachikun where the University is now situated.

“Government of Kaduna state under the able leadership of El-rufai has acquired massive land for the University, which will enable massive growth and expansion in the years to come. This is exactly what is lacking at the current location. And this shows that El-rufai is a visionary leader who puts the Children of the future generations into consideration and not a leader for the moment.

” Visionary leaders like El-rufai sees the future and plan futuristically. It is on this backdrop that I’m urging El-rufai to put more energy and resources into the Phase 2 of the project to fast track development in the vicinity, so that it will be on record that he (El-rufai) has initiated, started and completed the moving of the University Campus to Rigachikun”, Popoola concludes
