The Peoples Redemption Party Senatorial Candidate for Kaduna Central, Shehu Sani has called for outright cancellation of the National Assembly election following alleged irregularities.

Some of the irregularities, according to Shehu Sani, are thumb printing, vote buying, allocation of figures emphasising that 90% of the scores were as a result of financial inducement.
The Senatorial Candidate who was briefing newsmen on Monday in Kaduna, Northwest Nigeria, alleged that through the active connivance of the ruling party with electoral officials, the ad-hoc staff trained for the elections were replaced by those selected by local government Chairmen.
He claimed that there was no serious scrutiny to identify voters before voting in most polling stations.
Delivery of electoral materials ,he said, was carried out at which Southern part of Kaduna Metropolis was delayed, while the North was promptly given attention.
Shehu Sani said his party, PRP has already compiled details of the alleged irregularities and submitted to INEC requesting for the  outright cancellation.
Speaking in the same vein,  some House of Representative Candidates of the party from Kaduna Central led by Kareem Balarabe Musa alleged that the election was marred by irregularities.
He said there was over voting, massive vote buying, saying that if the elections were not cancelled, they would seek legal redress in line with the electoral law.
The Candidate said they have evidences to prove their claim.
