Nigeria : Southern Kaduna People’s Union Strategizes To Promote Entrepreneurship, Development

The Southern Kaduna Peoples Union (SOKAPU), Northwest of the country has inaugurated various committees to coordinate and develop strategies to make maximum use of its human and natural resources.

The committees include business, production and marketing, NGOs and co-operative society as well as sports and entertainment.

The move is aimed at sustaining development in the area in particular, State and the country at large.

Inaugurating the committees in Kaduna, the National President of the Union, Barr. Solomon K. Musa urged people of the area to involve themselves in entrepreneurship activities to make use of the natural resources which Southern Kaduna was endowed with.

These include, agriculture, mining, sports and entertainment which can be exported or promoted internationally.

Musa advised the committee members to see their appointments as an opportunity to give the best to the development of the middle belt region of the country.
