A youtube video has emerged, shedding some light on Saturday’s encounter between the Nigerian Army and the Shiite group.
It captured the conversation between the two groups, in hausa language, where the Army spokesman, Kukasheka was pleading for a passage for their convoy, but the Shite members saying, only their leader will give them an order to open the road.
Although the video, which may have come from the military, did not show who raised the first hand against the other (may be for graphic sensitivity), it clearly sheds some light on what may have transpired prior to the military opening fire on the sect members.
